My family and I were visiting the area for the day as part of a family trip and wanted to find a local place for lunch. We’re glad we chose this spot. I ordered the meatball hoagie with kettle chips, my son got the Margherita pizza, and we ordered the lunch special for our twins. Everything came out quickly, and every item was excellent. The pizza was the highlight. My wife and son both said it was the best pizza they’ve ever had. The crust was crispy, savory, and full of flavor, and the sauce was perfectly balanced. You could tell immediately that quality ingredients were being used. The bread on my meatball hoagie tasted homemade and was outstanding. It’s the kind of detail that separates a good meal from a memorable one. After we finished eating, one of the partners stopped by our table and shared a little about their approach to making the food, including importing ingredients from Italy. After tasting the pizza, that commitment to quality made perfect sense. Great food, friendly people, quick service, and a clear passion for doing things the right way. I came in on Monday around 7pm. There was only 2 other people in the joint. Got a sample of the banana dulce leche gelato that was pretty good. Then ordered dinner at the kiosk. Rice flour crust pizza with no tomato sauce, cheese, and garlic sauce. Also a side of FF. Then ordered a pistachio gelato to eat while I waited for the pie. The gelato was incredible. So rich and authentic in flavor, as well as true tan instead of green. The pizza came out with the french fries simultaneously. Fries were OK. Slightly overly seasoned but done well. The pie was also cooked well and probably would have been incredible, if the garlic sauce didnt taste like Italian dressing. Truly to oddest garlic sauce Ive ever had but the crust was great. I can only imagine how good the wheat flour one is. The person helping me out because it was my first time in was very friendly and went above and beyond. Mary I think was their name. Atmosphere was spacious and pretty authentic looking for a WV joint. Needed arcade machine or something I felt for people to pass time waiting. Sorry about the gelato pic, it was too good. Just a typical tourist town place. Nothing amazing, just ok food. The price would suggest it should be the best but it doesn't deliver on cost to value. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Price per person: $20–30
