On the Crust website it says that delivery is not available from the Eltham store . Thinking perhaps it was a web issue, I phoned the store to try and order our pizzas directly over the phone. Well, it's presently 6.30pm on a Sunday evening (Google says Crust Eltham is open 4.30pm - 9.30pm tonight) and I've called the store six times over the last hour. Each time it's just rung out, ie/ no one answered. I got fed up and tried the Rosanna store. They answered on the first ring, confirmed our address (we already have a Crust account) and took our order in two minutes. I've seen other comments here about Crust Eltham not answering the telephone, so I guess they don't want the business ‍. If you're like us and situated between the two stores, save yourself a lot of time and hassle and purchase from Rosanna Crust Price per person: $40–60

I rarely leave reviews but we’ve been visiting this franchise for a decade. Recently, every single order has a problem, and when it does show up, it’s not worth the premium price tag. Missing ingredient, something not in stock, store closes mid-order - never an apology but always an excuse. Even when we’ve rocked up in store itself, staff clearly aren’t looked after and don’t know why they’re in hospitality, we can’t keep giving them a chance in good faith. Save your money and head to one of the independent joints in Montmorency. Price per person: $60–80 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
