Ordered for office team at 11am for a 12.30pm delivery which was confirmed online - rang at 12.10pm to confirm driver had left - was told would now be delivered at 12.40 - now 12.50pm and ring the store and get told driver hasn’t even left - which means by the time they deliver order will be 40 mins late from the delivery time they confirmed online. Last time I ever order from this store - Crust don’t accept orders and offer delivery times if you can’t even come close to meeting them. Service: 1

We recently ordered catering from Crust Pizza Port Melbourne for our office EOFY celebration and had a fantastic experience. Rohan and the team were a delight to deal with from start to finish. The whole ordering process was easy and stress-free, and the pizzas arrived right on time, fresh and hot. Our team really enjoyed the food, and there were plenty of positive comments about the quality of the pizzas. The service was excellent, and we felt well looked after throughout the process. We’ll definitely be ordering from Crust Pizza Port Melbourne again the next time we need catering for the office. Thanks again to Rohan and the team for making it such an easy and enjoyable experience!
