Great service every time I come to Crust South Lakes. Staff are always friendly, the pizzas are consistently good, and it’s one of the few places I keep coming back to. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas from crust pizza south lake and they delivered me beef pizzas i also tell them for chilli flakes and oregano but they don’t put it and when i called them the staff was very rude and unprofessional behaviour. I feel very bad also they send the wrong drinkI suggest please don’t order from this store Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We've been regular customers of Crust Pizza and have ordered from this shop many times. However, our recent experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered two *small* pizzas, but received *large* ones instead. When we arrived, the staff at the counter seemed confused and didn’t even know whether we were picking up as customers or via Uber Eats.
I called the store to have the order corrected, but instead of an apology or any sense of courtesy, I was offered a flat \$3 refund. No attempt to actually fix the issue or acknowledge the mistake. The call ended with me having to hang up out of frustration.
To top it off, we were charged \$45 for two pizzas – which is absolutely ridiculous for the quality of service received. This was a complete rip-off, and sadly, we’ll never return. Crust Pizza has lost a loyal customer due to poor service and lack of professionalism.
