We also apologise for the repeatedly burnt pizzas and the poor-quality noodles. Please provide your order number, the date and time of the order, and the phone number used, or contact the store via the order app so we can investigate immediately. If you ordered through a delivery platform, tell us which one and we will follow this up with them as part of our investigation. Once we have the details we will look into the charge and the kitchen issues and arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate. We take feedback like this seriously and will review our procedures and training to prevent it happening again.
