On my last visit, Izzy was behind the bar and did a fantastic job. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations based on what I usually like to drink. She stayed attentive and kept things moving without making anyone feel rushed. Great drinks, great service, and a great vibe overall. I'll definitely be back and would recommend Cry Baby to anyone looking for a fun night out downtown.

We started the night having a great time. We got a table, and the girl helping us was amazing. She was super sweet, hyping us up, pouring our drinks, and made the experience start off great. It was only the 3 of us all night, and we were never messy or overly drunk, just genuinely enjoying ourselves. Later in the night, we started running low on shots, so we grabbed the bottles WE purchased to pour ourselves a drink. Immediately, a security guard came over extremely aggressive, telling us we were not allowed to touch the bottles and threatening to kick us out. We were never told this rule from the beginning, and he repeatedly claimed it was “against the law,” which is simply not true in Arizona. Had the bottle girl or staff explained this policy from the start, we honestly would not have minded at all. The issue was the way it was handled. The threatening tone and aggressive behavior were completely unnecessary and honestly ruined the experience for us. For the amount of money spent on bottle service/table service, we definitely would not recommend it. You’re honestly better off bar hopping and just getting a drink elsewhere. Really disappointing. especially for our first experience here. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.. Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
