Loved the food..My husband was not much of a Chinese fan but he is now. Their prawn dumplings and pork buns were really good and so was the noodles dish we chose..Avishka was very helpful to us in choosing the food as we were not sure what to order. Had dinner here. Ordered the shrimp mayo, roasted duck, egg noodles and mango pudding. Shrimp mayo was okay - shrimps were big & skin was crispy. Duck was horrible, meat was hard like it was reheated several times, skin was not crispy, could not taste the meat. Egg noodles were not cooked properly and contents (egg & char siew) were hardly there. Price point was expensive and not worth it. Mango pudding was good. Staff was very attentive. We had a lovely meal at Crystal Jade. We ordered the Char Siu Pork Bao, Prawn Cheung Fun, Sweet Corn Soup, Kung Pao Chicken, and Prawn Fried Rice — and everything was absolutely delicious. To be honest, the food has improved so much compared to the last time we dined here. It’s wonderful to see such positive progress! Keep up the great work, kitchen team.
