And, in any case, for each reference we offer both the normal and the organic versions so it is not entirely truthful to convey that the choice was obligatory. We are also pleased to underline, however, that CuFu is a cocktail bar and not a wine bar and the percentage of those who ask us for wine at the table is less than 1% of our customers and those who choose red in non-winter periods are l '1% of this 1%. In this sense, we are sorry that you encountered these two "small criticisms" but, according to what was conveyed during the evening, having chosen one of our 100 signature drinks created by us was still very satisfying given the many compliments given...
