We’re really sorry about this experience. We don’t normally handle online order pickups through the drive thru window, so it may have thrown the team off a little since there wasn’t an order placed at the speaker. That said, someone absolutely should have come out to communicate with you and make sure you knew what was going on. We also apologize that your food sat too long and wasn’t hot by the time you got it home. And most importantly, missing the “no nuts” request is something we take seriously — allergies are absolutely real, and we understand why that would be upsetting. We appreciate you taking the time to share all of this feedback. We’ll be reviewing it with the team so we can improve communication, order handling, and attention to allergy requests moving forward.
