It’s so horrible! Don’t stay here. All the facilities are really far away from each other, rooms are really moist, personnel doesn’t care. Laundry is incredibly hard to use with lots of side quests to do it! HORRIBLE

Room is not good for the price. It was between this and Long N Joy so I had to choose this becuase the other hotel is worse. Its dirty and everyday someone smokes weed outside, at nights theres a lot of noise. Only good thing is the location and the shower has good pressure but everything else is quite nasty. Hotel staff is nice BUT THE STAY AWAY FROM THE LAUNDRY SERVICE. They stole my dress and they refuse to do anything about it, they say its not their fault and that I should look in my room. I ONLY CHOSE TO WASH MY CLOTHES THAT DAY BECUASE OF THAT DRESS SO I WOULD KNOW IF ITS IN MY ROOM OR NOT! The dress held sentimental value and I’m pregnant so it was very comfortable and they tell me ”theres nothing we can do”. REFUSING TO APOLOGISE OR EVEN ACCEPT BLAME. They say ”We have no liability for loss or damage” but when you and I both know you lose my dress the LEAST you can do is apologise?!! I wont be coming back to Koh Samui, everybody is greedy here and ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. You’re better off in another country where the least they would do is offer an apology for this! I didn’t even want compensation, my dress, trying to do something about it or even a ”sorry” would have sufficed. Im disgusted overall, spare yourself and don’t come here. Its really not worth it! I had a great stay at COSI Samui Chaweng Beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was friendly, and the location is perfect , close to everything I needed. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. I really enjoyed my time here and I definitely recommend this hotel
