This place is awesome! While it may literally be a small corner coffee shop, it pays out with big flavor! I stopped in here for a quick cappuccino on my way to the Hiroshima Castle and I am glad I did. The focus of this place is the coffee, and he nailed it. Single dose grinding with good puck prep led to a delicious coffee. There’s just a few seats, but the big windows and open design make it a welcoming place. I’ll certainly stop by again if I’m in the area! Meal type: Other Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Alternative milks

Excellent 'proper' coffee from this wee, classy yet casual vegan-friendly establishment, including hand press espresso and hand drip coffee. There's even decaf espresso for those who love the ritual and flavour of coffee but want to avoid the kick, hard to find outside Starbucks, and it's as good as the caffeine version. The owner is dedicated to his craft and the menu explains that it may take some time. I appreciate this management of customer expectation. The coffees were ready within minutes. There are oat, almond, and soy milk options and a selection of packaged snacks, including five different flavours of miniature vegan Rice Powder Cookies from Hokkaido, perfect to have with coffee on the spot or to take on a train trip. We tried the black sesame cookies which had a delicate, more-ish flavour, and a Peanut Butter Chai Whole Bar which had no added sugar and an almost gingerbread flavour coming through, both delicious. Highly recommend a visit to Cue. when in Hiroshima. Order type: Dine in Vegetarian options: Vegan-friendly options
