Having seen Suwa Shrine, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. Cuento is recommended for the pleasant staff. The enjoyable service is something these restaurateurs care about. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very nice! However, the atmosphere suddenly changed when a person who appeared to be a regular customer came to the store, and two of the three male staff members were constantly clinging to the regular customer, sitting behind the counter or at a table, smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol, and shouting loudly. I laughed and other customers said I was sorry for ignoring them, but the way they treated me was clearly inappropriate and rough, and I felt very uncomfortable. Although there were only three staff members, the remaining one took orders, washed dishes, and did all the work by himself, so it was hard to watch. I felt the atmosphere among the staff was very bad and I don't want to go there again.
