I have always run away from 100% perfect, because I understand it does not exist. Well, after many years of experiences, I am about to launch myself into that 100%. In a beautiful and tiny Aragonese town (Alquézar), there is a Restaurant called CUEVA REINA. We made a reservation for lunch the day before in anticipation of the weekend avalanche. After a beautiful route through the Vero River Canyon, we went to eat. RECEPTION/ATTENTION... by an attentive gentleman, named Felipe, husband of Concha (Queen of the kitchen and owner of the restaurant). Sympathy in abundance; style of someone who has a life of experience in dealing with people, with touches that may sound like lifelong confidence but are greatly appreciated when you have just arrived. It makes you feel pampered, cared for and cared for to the limit. And I don't want to forget the waitress. A delight of friendliness and service. A 100% rating. WEEKEND MENU... I'm not going to tell it. Abundance of dishes, delicacy, exquisite presentation, quality, flavor, only a gastronomy artist is capable of offering it like this. And a very interesting winery. Another 100% rating. LOCATION/DECORATION/CLEANLINESS.. Secluded dining room, not very large nor for many attendees. But full and comfortable. Pretty. To comply with my rule, I leave it here at 98%. Don't ask me why. Incredible views. Food truly wonderful for the sense of taste. Attention 10%. Emphasizing the super nice and attentive waitress. And not to leave us, thanks to the hands and talent of the cook for giving us an unbeatable end to the day in Alquezar!! If we return we will definitely repeat!! Super advisable.
