Everything was delicious, what a great discovery! The tempura lobster tail, dumplings and nachos were flawless. The highlight of the evening, the burnt ends. We had a wonderful time for my birthday with great attention from the team to end the evening. I was visiting Quebec City and went to Cuisine du Marche with some local friends and was amazed by the quality of the meal we had there. The Wagyu beef is their speciality, however don't leave that place without trying the scallops and the lobster, they were just divine! For main course we had the bavette and the faux-fillet. The quality of the meat and how they prepare them is out of this world, it was a feast! A true gem in Levis that I hope to get back on my next visit to Quebec.
