Not sure who the young kid (male) was that took my order in the drive thru at 8:45 pm on July 15th but MAN could he have not sounded less enthused to be working. What a rude young man lol and then when I pulled up to the window to pay, the kid is leaning on the wall like he was holding it up in place. Luckily this place is good overall Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

My daughter left her backpack here and the staff were so awesome, pulling it behind the counter and keeping it safe until we could get back to pick it up. So appreciated! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

My wife and I stopped for dinner and we had a very bad experience with the food we received. The French fries were soggy, the cheese curds were very dry and both seemed like they sat for a very long time. This was at 6:00pm which was prime dinner time. The burger was dry and didn’t seem to have any flavor. We were very disappointed with our dinner and expect much better. This was not the first time this happened at this location on Edgewood Drive. Typically other Culver’s locations are very good. When you spend $30, you certainly expect better. We are disappointed and need to let you know this should not happen multiple times. Maybe $30 doesn’t seem like much, but when you work hard for everything you make this is not a location we will be visiting again.
