This Culver’s is honestly one of my favorite places to eat, so I’m there pretty often, and the experience is consistently great. The restaurant is always clean, the food is fresh, and the staff works incredibly hard even during the busiest times. Connor especially stands out every single visit. He is always patient, respectful, friendly, and professional no matter what is going on. I’ve personally watched him handle difficult customers with kindness and patience, even when they were not being very nice at all. He never seems to lose his composure and always treats people with respect. That says a lot about his character and work ethic, especially for someone so young. It’s rare these days to find young employees who genuinely care about customer service and take pride in their work, but Connor absolutely does. He helps create the kind of welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back. Culver’s is lucky to have employees like him. Great food is important, but great people are what really make a place special. Good first experience. Restaurant was very clean. The service was exceptional. Friendly group of people behind the counter. Looked to be well staffed and very courteous. Food was fast and was good. I will be back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My family and I waited over 15 minutes for 3 milkshakes after being asked to pull up past the window in the drive thru. Multiple people behind us received their orders promptly, and the restaurant was not crowded at 9pm. A girl in the drive thru said they gave our order to someone else despite us watching employees walking out other orders to the other cars. Nobody walked out with three milkshakes. We left without receiving our order after paying. Bottom-tier service. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1
