Too cold in place to enjoy out meal. Some kid said they had to keep it like that for the custard. That’s bull. I’m an A/C engineer People should not lie when you don’t know who your talking too. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50

Went to drive up and had to leave before I got my food. I didn’t allow enough time to get food and get to work on time. I appreciate how they accommodated me when I went back later to get my order. Food was great. Love the hot fries. I get good quick service anytime I go to this Culver’s. Thanks for a better “fast food” choice. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5

We came here on April 14th, we ordered in the app. We waited 15 minutes in the pickup area only to have to go in and remind them that we were waiting outside. It took 20 minutes in total to get two concrete mixers. We were sent free concrete mixer coupons due to this "oversight", and we returned to use them on April 21st. On April 21st, we waited 15 minutes for our full order because they ran out of ice cream. My item came out first, which sat in my warm hand for 15 minutes as we waited for the rest of our items. When I got home, my item was completely melted. We won't be back, and I'll give away the remaining coupons we were given. I was advised to send a complaint at contactculvers.com....I have done so, and I have yet to hear back from Aronne Orlowski, the manager of this location. Service: 1
