The cashier was short and rude. Asked for cheese lied and said it was on my sandwich. It wasn't. When I asked about the cheese the manager just brought me a slice of cheese not even melting it on my chicken sandwich. Asked for extra mayo, didn't apply any brought me Togo packets. Asked for a receipt was told it would be on the bag,I told her I was eating inside she rolled her eyes,clicked her teeth and was rude again. I NEVER GOT THE RECEIPT. I was at work so because I didn't have one I had to pay for my own food. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

At first my boyfriend order got mixed up and didn’t know it but then Steven F, came in clutch, he remade it and it was the best Oreo concrete mixer of our lives! Will be coming back if Steven F is working! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We love love love Culver’s in Decorah, enjoying 1-2 times weekly and usually drive through. We love the Reuben and fries - so delicious! We are so thankful for all who work so hard to make such wonderful food. We have never had a disappointment. Usually just the 2 of us but when our kids and grandkids visit from California and DC they love going with us to eat in Culver’s! You all are the best!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
