I came here to get a quick lunch but the whole time the order taker, Emely, was pretty rude. I had first asked her what the special flavor was for the mixers to which she didn't say anything. I was like, ok maybe she didn't hear me, and at the same time I saw them on the screen so I ordered the one I wanted. I then ordered a swiss burger meal with another mixer and she told me my total was about $20 and to pull forward. I get the window and she then tells me it's almost $50 and I said that I didn't think that was my order and she rolled her eyes and acted like it was my fault. I then told her what I had and she was like "so, you didn't want x, y, and z" and I told her again exactly what I wanted and she just huffed. They pulled me forward, and when the guy ran out the food he almost gave me the wrong person's food, but I luckily looked at the name. It took almost 10 to 15 minutes for all of this too. Not the best experience today sadly. Update: They still gave me the wrong food. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20

I eat pretty clean these days and Culver's is one of the only "fast food" joints I can still eat and digest easily. Is it even fair to call them fast food? The freshness of their beef is palpable. This location in particular has always been good to my wife and I. It's clean and usually nice and quiet. Order type: Dine in
