I don't know how the food is but having to wait 15 minutes or more to get a burger is absolutely stupid. Why is this place called a fast food restaurant if your food isn't already made and out the window in 5 minutes at the drive through? We ordered and had to wait in the drive through line behind 6 cars to get our burgers. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Long wait time and then they forgot part of my order. Burgers were cooked meh. Not really worth spending that money for compared to other places. Had to go inside to get the rest of my order after waiting a good 15+ minutes. Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at the Dundee location today. I’ve been a long-time fan of Culver’s, but the "single scoop" of custard I was served was absolutely minuscule. It didn’t even come close to the standard 4.5-5 ounce portion that Culver’s is known for. It looked more like a sample than a paid serving. It is incredibly frustrating to pay full price for a premium product only to be handed something so undersized. The kitchen staff and management need to get their act together and ensure they aren't handing off subpar portions to paying customers. A "single" shouldn't look like a mistake. Until this location can figure out how to provide a consistent, honest scoop, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
