Weirdly prejudiced and rude customer service. We asked if our rewards could be scanned after the total was given, and the employee immediately acted like we were an inconvenience and claimed she couldn’t go back and apply them. Another employee stood there shaking his head as if we were asking for something unreasonable. The whole interaction felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, my mixer wasn’t even mixed properly—the entire bottom half was just plain vanilla custard. Very disappointing experience overall. I just had to update an earlier review I did on another restaurant. I never like having to give negative feedback but how else are these reviews supposed to work if we are not honest when posting them. So to level things out, I seen Culver's as a suggested establishment we frequent to be reviewed. These folks are great. It's reminiscent of Chick-fil-A on the greeting as you enter and the service throughout your visit. They have a much wider selection of course and we have yet to be disappointed. Food is fresh. I'm really glad we have one so close to the house and so many across the state. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time trying Culver’s. Decently priced fast food that didn’t leave me sick to my stomach after eating it, unlike some Ronald and South of the Border establishments. Everything that I ordered was good tasting and not overly greasy. I can see why people have been saying good things about the place. I could definitely see myself stopping by again if one was on my drive and I was hungry. Thanks for dinner.
