Ordered a burger with cheese. When I got it had no lettuce,tomatoes or onions. When I asked they said it would be another 1.50. They need to make it clear,especially to us Sun City folks, that their burgers come with nothing on them. I had no idea. Every burger I have ever had in my life comes with lettuce tomatoes and onions. I asked to speak to the owner. He was not in.. Not sure about someone who puts their livelihood in the hands of a bunch of teenagers and is not at work. Good luck with this business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Culver’s in Georgetown, Kentucky is a fantastic location! When I arrived to pick up a to-go order, there were two huge motorcoach buses outside, so the restaurant was extremely busy. Despite the massive rush, the staff was handling everything exceptionally well. I spent a few minutes watching the team work, and they were truly operating like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was organized, efficient, and clearly working together to keep things running smoothly. As someone who used to work in the restaurant industry, I know how challenging a rush like that can be. I just wanted to give a well-deserved compliment to the entire lunch crew working Sunday, March 15th around 1:20 PM for doing such an outstanding job managing such a large crowd. Great teamwork and great service! My food was perfect as well! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
