I saw a video online of a person comparing "Five Guys" to "Culver's". Five guys is good but way too expensive. I went into this Culver's tonight to try their Double Butter Burger with bacon and pickles. I also got the crinkle cut fries and a drink. -Service was good with a smile -She asked the right questions and read my order back to me to make sure it was right. -Got my number and sat down and waited for my order, which took maybe 6 - 7 minutes to arrive. They were a bit busy and I'm ok with that wait time. -Drink station was clean -Received my order with the server asking me if I needed anything else -Hot Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries were delicious! The burger was good BUT there was something missing and I couldn't figure it out until I was driving home. -The cheese wasn't melted and the patties weren't hot The reviewer I mentioned earlier said the same thing. -My suggestion.... The patty's are the same thickness as In-n-out's burgers. The burgers should made "Cooked to order". What is the time to cook a burger? 3 minutes on each side? With a HOT burger comes melted cheese! I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for a hot burger. Now you would be giving In-n-Out a run for their money because you're pricing is comparative and your patty's are a bit wider. Plus you guys have shakes including Peanut Butter Shakes You can promote your "Improved" burgers as "Cooked to order" as opposed to "Made to order". I hope it helps. Food is always good at Culver’s for being fast food. I know they cook to order but their drive thru service is always SO slow! From the time we ordered until the time we got the bag of food, it was 7 mins exactly as we timed it since my husband and I had a bet going because we were saying how Culver’s always takes so long when going through the drive thru. We ordered 2 cheeseburger meals, plus a large cheese curd (which was really large!) Outside of the timeframe issues, we would return. Food: 4 Service: 4

Awesome food tried it for the first time and love it this is my 2nd time here and I will come back 10millon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
