For the third time, our order was completely incorrect, forcing us to waste our evening driving back to get it fixed. Whether we use the drive-thru or order online, basic accuracy is consistently missing. When spending over $40 on a meal, receiving what we ordered should be expected. Handing out free concrete mix-in cards doesn't fix systemic mistakes—especially for customers who don't eat much dairy. Furthermore, the young team working the counter lacks basic training and professionalism, a standard that was noticeably poor even to my 15-year-old son when he went inside to retrieve our missing food. Management needs to take accountability for staff training and order accuracy. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

As a lifelong Culver’s fan, I can confidently say this location is everything I love about the brand. The ButterBurgers are always hot, fresh, and cooked exactly right, with that perfect seared flavor that keeps me coming back. The cheese curds are a must-order every single visit, and somehow the frozen custard always manages to steal the show. What really sets this Culver’s apart is the team. The service is consistently friendly, fast, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience and take pride in what they do. The restaurant is always clean, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the quality never seems to slip. In a world where so many restaurants have become inconsistent, Culver’s continues to deliver every time.
