Brooklyn at the register was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, pleasant, and the kind of person who makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was upbeat, and everything looked great. Now let’s talk about the wait I ordered a kid’s ButterBurger meal. A kid’s meal. Not a Thanksgiving turkey. Not a whole cow. Not a custom-built luxury vehicle. Twenty-two minutes later, I was beginning to wonder if the burger was being raised, grass-fed, and personally introduced to the chef before preparation. I understand Culver’s isn’t your typical fast-food restaurant, and I appreciate food being made fresh. But 22 minutes for a children’s meal had me checking my watch, contemplating life choices, and considering whether I should enroll the kids in college before the food arrived. The staff was pleasant, the restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was great. The only thing moving slower than my order was probably a turtle pulling a wagon uphill. Overall, a good experience thanks to the friendly service and clean environment, but the wait time definitely needs some attention. If the food had taken much longer, I might have qualified for senior citizen discounts before receiving it. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pretty crowded for lunch on a Friday. But they got me through the line quick. The cashier was friendly and kind. Food great as usual. As busy as they were the service was better than good. Employees showed they actually care. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited Culver’s for the first time and had a great experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away. Mili helped take my order, explained the menu clearly, and made sure everything came out quickly. She was very professional and kind, which I really appreciated.
