All Culver's locations are great but this one is my favorite. They are always so nice and polite. Ive never had a bad experience here and somehow they always get my order correct, unlike most other restaurants. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went there this evening for dinner, and I had been excited for it all day as I had not ate. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with mayonnaise only and I received this amount of mayonnaise. I wish I was joking. I have not been there in years and I will say I am definitely not going back anytime soon, and to add to all of this my meal was 18$ for just myself and it is nothing extreme Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My experience at this Culver’s location was beyond unacceptable. I went through the dive through at 9:30 pm on 4/5/25. I ordered a medium strawberry shake that was one squirt shake and the rest was filled with cream, and a fish sandwich that was slobbered with tartar sauce on one side only, along with a 6 piece shrimp order that was fried on the outside but raw uncooked shrimp was inside. This food made me nauseous!!! I have frequent this location before and received below par service and just accepted it. However, today at $49.11 later, I am screaming to the rooftop. I will also address this issue with management. Signed, Very Very disappointed customer ***Update as of 4/15/2025*** I revisited this location to express my previous concerns with “Jon” General Manager. Jon listened emphatically and apologized for my previous service, he reserved my meal personally and was personable and professional. Thank you Jon for making what was wrong right!
