First off I have to say Culver's is an awesome restaurant all around! The best shakes I've ever had. Second, the one here in Inverness has the nicest people I've ever met. But the Patty Melt sandwich I had today was on point! Great place Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My husband and I eat at the Culver's in Inverness about once a week. Today we were there around 1:30. When I first walked in there were about six customers waiting to give their orders with no one at the counter. McKenzie and Andreah came around the corner with McKenzie chewing. They both had attitudes. McKenzie in particular. When I asked to see a manager they both stated that they were managers. I asked for a phone number of whoever was above them and they said they didn't have one that the phone number of the owners was on the door. As I left the restaurant and looked on the door for the phone number there wasn't one. If these two are examples of your management then you need to replace them or train them in customer service. McKenzie was the worst out of the two. I would call her little Miss attitude. It seems that they have replaced the workers who were there for quite a while and replaced them with the likes of these two. As of this moment I have no intention of returning to the Inverness Culver's. The food and service are much better at the Lecanto location.

Having grown up in Wisconsin we love Culver’s. Stopped into this location to get a cone after the show. We were really disappointed with the quality of the ice cream as well as the service…seemed like the cones had been prepared when we ordered then sat melting as we waited for an extended period in the drive through line to get them. We will not stop at this Culver’s location again. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
