Im not the one to leave bad reviews, but my experience today was below a 1 star. I love eating at any Culver's and was so excited to have this one local to me. I've eaten here maybe 10 or more times. Today I had a huge hair in my burger wrapped all in the cheese, its hair it happens. I wasn't too hungry after seeing it stick out of the cheese. So I asked for a refund, manager gave me the refund with no apology or anything to help the situation. She might have said 3 words to me, then I told her thank you and left. Its not the end of the world to have a hair in your burger, it's just the way she was treating me like an inconvenience rather then trying to better the situation. We love Culvers! So glad there is finally one near us in the Katy area! Now we can enjoy Culvers year round, not just when we are in Colorado and Arizona. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
