Stopped by the Culver’s in the Walmart plaza in Land O’ Lakes to grab a couple of Concrete Mixers and had such a great experience. Brooke, Victoria, and Ellie were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable in the drive-thru. Customer service like that really makes a difference. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with curbside pickup here. I’ll sit in the curbside spot for over 20 minutes, only to go inside and find that my order was already prepared and sitting there. What’s especially frustrating is that there are often several employees behind the counter who appear available, yet curbside customers are not being attended to in a timely manner. This has happened more than once, so it feels like a pattern. Food is good, but curbside needs a lot more attention and organization. Food: 5 Service: 1

Excellent dining experience, as always. Burgers were hot and fresh, with crisp, fresh toppings. The fries were hot and crispy. The only frustration (and I'm fully aware this is a first-world problem) was around trying to order to our table. I have found that I cannot order to the table from the app, but can when I scan the QR code on the table. However, tonight after scanning the QR code and then logging into my account, it would revert to carryout, drive thru, or curdside and not give the table option. Likely my fault because I purposely picked table 404 and this may affect the system (iykyk). However, after unsuccessfully trying to get table delivery, I placed it for carryout. Service was fine after that, just a little busy, so the food was ready later than the online order estimated. Edit: I have submitted the information about the order to table glitch. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
