Just ordered dinner for me and my family at this location. The order was wrong, the custard was barely mixed, and to top it all off the manager with pink hair was extremely rude. Not only to me, but she was rude to one of the young employees in the drive through window. I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to the Olio and Southeastern location from now on. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Culvers is one of the very few driver thru restaurants I would eat from. Unfortunately, this location has the worst food and desserts. The icecream was melted, and the cold lemonade cooler taste like syrup and was runny. Its was supposed to be a cold refresher. The equipment used to make the drinks need maintenance. I wont be returning to this location. The manager was very confrontational when I request a refund. Why would I want another drink when Im returning this one because its watery, SYRUPY, and disgusting. She did not want to give me a refund. Thanks to this experience I will make my refreshers at home. Its more cost effective and I know its safe that was not ice crystals in the cooler, and if it wasnt for the drink not being properly prepared I wouldn't have investigated further and realized the ice was off; not sure what's in the drink but definitely making my drinks to go from HOME. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Pretty sad when you order 3 simple ice cream items, and all 3 are Incorrect and melty. Won’t be back here, these folks simply are terrible at food service. Most Culver’s I stop have been stellar service. This one seems to be an anomaly. Oh and why was I waiting 20 min for just ice cream.
