My food was terrible. Burger was not how I ordered it. Fries were burned and hard. Custard was melted , as if it was prepared and left sitting out. The worst Culver’s experience. Nothing like my usual experience at Culver’s. First time at this location. Very disappointed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1

Received a grilled chicken when using the drive thru, I ordered a double cheeseburger. So of course I was hungry after, contacted through website and survey no response even though I asked to be contacted. That was a week ago. It was 2:20p on a weekday and only one other car present in drive thru. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
