My daughter and I waited for our food in the drive thru when the food was delivered I checked to see if all of the items I ordered were in the bag . We had asked for a side of PICKLES . I politely asked her if she would go get me the side of PICKLES , she then instructed me to drive thru the drive thru again order them and they would give them to me, I asked her if she was joking , she then said they are free ! I then got out of my car parked in the waiting area and went in the store to speak to a manager. The shift manager was extremely busy and caught off guard, however she did not handle the situation in a professional manner. I asked her what the policy was when a culver team mate forgets an Item she reminded me she apologized, so asking any questions after her apology was not permitted. I will be telling this story to every single person who listen . I will also be complaining to the corporate office over a side of PICKLES. That’s what the girl said to her co worker when I jumped out and went inside.

This location is always super busy but it’s fully staffed and they are always great! I tried the new Colby Jack Pub Burger and it was super good! My favorite so far, their cheese curds are also just always so good. I don’t know what they put in their Root Beer but it’s the best at Culver’s! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After the people in line in front of me got into an argument, I ordered a SINGLE burger with cheese. Why? Because I don't appreciated any establishment automatically assuming everyone must overeat. Got a double in the bag anyway. Hit this restaurant once a year or so, just to see if it ever gets any better. Nope. It never does. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
