When going through the drive-thro on the evening of July 3, 2026 (just in case it's not the franchise owners policy and it was actually the staff that needs reprimanded) we ordered a flavor of the day and 2 hot fudge sundaes. We were very surprised at the amount of custard we were served. It looked as if they gave us a baby sized serving and we left there after spending over $14.00, flabbergasted, and questioned if the staff were just being jerks or if the franchise owner was greedy and only allowed staff to serve that little. We have gone to many Culvers through-out the country and normally have a hard time eating one dish alone. I think we each had about 3-4 bites. The flavor of the day consisted of a few bites of Devils Food Cake and a bite of custard. We were all very disappointed at Culver's in Rochelle. Update: the owner and another Culver representative both reached out to me to offer an apology and a certificate to give the Rochelle Culver's "another try." We do normally love Culver's, so we are willing to use the certificate on our next time going through Rochelle. Thank you both for your apology and your offer. BTW, I honestly only sent my address to one of you. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

I believe Culver's Butter Burgers are my favorite! The fries are cooked to perfection, golden and crispy! I now have a favorite! Price per person: $10–20
