I’m a frequent Culver’s visitor. I am very displeased of the way I seen the way some of the employees, (young girls at that) were treated by their manager. I happen to get her name (Akita) very unprofessional, very rude. I work in customer service myself and the way I heard and seen the behavior and treatment these young girls received from that manager Akita was very unprofessional. That is not a way to act towards people especially employees. Another thing I noticed was how one of the cooks was towards the employees as well. Very aggressive behavior! He was throwing the food around and was angry. Also noticed him throw food at the employees when asked for a food item. That is very disrespectful, and disheartening! Sebring Culver’s, FIX IT! The food here is okay. The service is usually really good. The atmosphere is okay. I mean it's nothing special. Just fast food type of restaurant when they get the food right? It's good if you go in for your yearly special treat of ice cream and they mess it up though it's pretty upsetting.
