Wait time was a little long but not overly so. Harvest burger and butter burgers were as ordered. Had to wait for our custard cup and malt. I found it difficult to add points for the loyalty summary. All in all, staff was very friendly and helpful Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Only one vegetarian option (harvest burger) unless you take the chicken off the salad

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Culver’s today. It took nearly an hour just to get custard and 45 minutes for our meal—completely unreasonable for what should be a quick service restaurant. To make matters worse, when the food finally came out, the order was wrong. When we brought it to their attention, instead of apologizing or trying to fix it promptly, we were told it would take “forever” to correct. That kind of response is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. The only bright spot in this mess was Keith, who actually stepped up and tried to help resolve the situation. He was polite, attentive, and seemed to genuinely care—unlike the rest of the staff, who were disorganized, rude, and uncouth in the way they handled customers. It’s disappointing to see such poor service at a place that usually has a solid reputation. Long waits can happen, but wrong orders and dismissive, ill-mannered responses from most of the team are unacceptable. If it weren’t for Keith, this experience would have been a complete disaster. Do better. Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20
