Thursday evening. Both Ketchup dispensers empty. Couple outside trash cans overflowing. Good food, but maintenance and replenishment needs a little attention. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Something has changed with Culver’s beef. It’s not just this location and it’s the reason I’ve selected fish or chicken the last half dozen times we’ve chosen to eat at Culver’s. It’s perhaps endemic to the market, as the burgers at Robert’s in Germantown are equally as bad recently. Just ordered a mushroom swiss burger and it’s basically inedible. No amount of swiss cheese, mushrooms, and ketchup can mask the putrid burger presented. I’m done with Culver’s butter burgers, their raison d'être, unless I see a real explanation AND a solution or correction. Food: 1 Service: 5 Price per person: $10–20
