I’ve been in Taylor for quite a while and have never been here until now and I am so impressed with how fresh and fast they are and the employee who helped me was incredible his name was David H he was patient and respectful while I was trying to figure out what I wanted! And it seems all the employees are very friendly will definitely be back soon. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Crispy Fried Chicken

Absolutely horrible in every possible way! 100% filthy 100% incompetent 100% rip off 100% incapable of fulfilling even the simplest order! Dear Culver’s,. Just shut the place down if you lack the ability to conduct business! If the Taylor location is ran anything like your company’s website you have no business claiming to be a fully operational establishment at all! On 06/06/2026 my curbside order was placed and NEVER received! I contacted the store that night, the next day and have tried for a refund on your scam of a customer care website as well! Why does your app even allow curbside if your employees are incapable of being operational? I want a response! I want my money back! And I want future disappointed customers to save their money and go elsewhere! Everything about this place is subpar! I’d call out the employees but I assume they just emulate the behavior exhibited by the unqualified management. After navigating your ridiculous website with no true way of actually receiving any sort of customer care I’ll just assume every level of your mismanaged brand is inadequate!
