Kassadie saw that I had two dogs with me and went out of her way to ask if we wanted pup cups and grab them for us. 10/10 customer experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We came in on a Saturday at 5:30 and everything was awesome. Brett did a great job of taking our order. The entire staff worked hard to meet the needs of the allergies in our family. We will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It’s Culver’s so the food is usually good, but the food isn’t the problem with this location. The cedar falls one doesn’t have this same problem. Every single time I go here, without fail, it takes at least thirty minutes to get through the drive thru, and that’s when they’re not that busy. If there’s a line at the drive thru you can be there for at least an hour if not more. The food has made me sick on more than one occasion, and I’ve never had that with other culvers I’ve been to. Every single time I go to this culvers I always end up regretting it. Save your time and money. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
