Satisfying service is something that guests would like to improve here. Prices are adequate for the quality you receive. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

Staff at this location, always nice and great customer service. My recent visit, I met Josh ... again. Wow! I knew I was in good hands! I am pretty tech savvy, but was having a problem, short story, with the Cumberland Farms SmartPay Rewards app (look into it, there are great savings!) and using the pump. He assisted me on the app AND at the pump. Kind, courteous and patient this guy is. Cumberland Farms is lucky to have Josh on their team. Best ..... p.s. The store, very clean and inviting. A great selection of snacks and beverages. Enjoy! I did.

It has some of the cheapest gas prices in West Boca, but the gas pumps are in desperate need of maintenance. Many of them do not process credit cards properly or simply do not work at all, and they never seem to get fixed. Very often, there is no sign indicating that a pump is out of order, which makes it frustrating to waste time trying to use it before realizing you have to move to another pump. The prices are good, but the maintenance and customer experience need serious improvement.
