Great way to explore true Italian cuisine with Debora, a local chef. We started with her guided tour at Mercato Trionfale where good quality ingredients are abundant. Then, we walked shortly to her place and began cooking at her well equipped industrial kitchen. The outcome was authentic and delicious. If you want to do something different while in Rome, this is definitely an option not to be missed. By the way, Debora speaks fluent English.
