EN: Truly exceptional Italian cuisine, treated with deep respect, knowledge, and genuine passion. Although the owner and management are Japanese, the understanding of Italian food culture here is profound, thoughtful, and heartfelt. Having returned here many times over the years, it is clear how much care and authenticity define this place. The owner has traveled extensively throughout Italy, and it shows in every detail. He is always incredibly kind and welcoming, and the team is exceptionally well prepared, genuinely enthusiastic in recommending specialties and pairings. Nothing feels performative or borrowed. This is Italian cuisine approached with sincerity, curiosity, and love. An incomparable corner of home. Every time I leave, I do so with a full heart, a cuore forte.
