Street food and fusion comes together to bring a hipster take on Korean. The meats and mandu (potstickers) are authentic and tied together with their awesome sauces from mild to smokin hot on a bed of rice, clear sweet potato noodles, and cabbage or lettuce. They have other authentic Korean drinks and snacks available. I lived in the heart of Seoul Korea and cook and dine on Korean on a regular basis. If you don't want a full K-BBQ meal, they have your craving covered.
If you're looking for a delicious and affordable Korean BBQ experience, look no further than Cup Bop! The meats are all cooked to perfection, and the sides are a perfect complement to the meal. The service is also great - our server was attentive and helpful, and made sure our experience was top-notch. We will definitely be back!
I'm a big fan of Cupbop and have been for years. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed by this location. It's a window in a building, so they see you walking up. Nobody said anything to us as we walked up, or even asked to take our order. We had to ask if they were ready for us. The outside seating was nice, but it was a cold day we were there. We asked if we could turn on one of the several heaters outside and they told us it would short the power in the building. Maybe go to the other one in Provo!
