This place has amazing service and very delicious food and drinks. We came around 9:40 and had our food by 9:50. Everything is amazing but would say drinks and savory is the way to go, although the pastry's are fresh and look great we didn't get any. Everything is clean and the staff was here to clean our table as soon as we were ready

This spot may look small from the outside, but inside has a variety of seating options. I came here around 2pm on a Wednesday and there were quite a few people here enjoying coffee, late lunch, working/studying on laptops. I grabbed a Nutella Latte with Almond milk and it was pretty good. I do wish the Nutella flavor was a bit stronger but I still enjoyed my drink. I spent some time here reading a book and the overall ambiance is lively and there is music playing, but it wasn't an issue since I wore headphones. Didn't try the food but from what I saw, it looked pretty good.

Just before 11, a coworker and I ordered ahead online for pick up at 12:30 PM. We both wanted to set our pick up time for noon, as it said that was the next available time slot, but after selecting our orders we both got errors that it was "too soon for pick up," so we rearranged some work and went with the next available time slot -12:30. Upon arriving at 12:30, we picked up our food (and my coworker's coffee) and walked back to our office. The coffee was cold, the food was lukewarm, and the fries I ordered were soggy- clearly they sat there a while. We noticed that our tickets both said "pick up at 11:30" - an hour earlier than we ended up selecting... as such, I checked my email because it seemed unlikely we both would have made the same error. Seems like something is wrong with their pick up system. I did let them know, but never heard back...
