I’ve had a chance to experience customer service at many different Cups locations, however, this location is very special to me. The customer service here has always been amazing and the small details that this location puts into every order makes coming back that much more exciting. Customer service means everything to me and to witness the staff remember orders, names and special details that are specific to each customer is truly impressive. I’d like to give a special shout out to the baristas/bro I absolutely love to see whenever I come in———> Mary Jacob Emma There are others, but you three are the reason going to another cups just doesn’t feel right!!! Cups is my favorite coffee shop in general and this is my favorite location! It has a warm, inviting atmosphere, excellent coffee, delicious blueberry scones, and a lovely library room for working or visiting with friends over coffee or tea. What truly set this visit apart, though, was the staff. I was hoping to find a T-shirt for an international guest, and the employees went out of their way to help. They checked their inventory, searched the back for additional sizes, called another location, and ultimately directed me to a shop that had exactly what I needed. When they learned our guest was from Ukraine, they gave me a keepsake card from their former White Ukrainian coffee. The coffee was originally called White Russian, but after the invasion, they changed the name to White Ukrainian in solidarity with Ukraine. It was such a thoughtful, personal gesture that meant far more than they probably realized. The coffee and food are wonderful, but genuine kindness is what people remember. This team exemplifies hospitality, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wonderful service, uniqueness, prompt attention and great tasting coffees/teas is what you'll get here at CUPS in the Quarter!
