So glad I don’t need to go all the way to Saigon deli for my bahn mi cravings! This place is legit. Bread is soft and fillings are generous. Got the combo and steak bahn mi. Both hit. FINALLY tried this spot, and I'm so glad we did! Being from Vancouver BC where there are amazing Banh Mi, I was pretty disappointed in the standard I found in Seattle. I had reviewed one up on Queen Anne Ave which put salsa in their Banh Mi (HUGE no no), as well as a few around the city which mostly used grilled meat, none of the sandwhiches used pâté. Curbside Grill's Banh Mi reminded me of home, the baguette was crispy, the picked veggies were not too sweet, and the pork was delicious. The viet coffee is also very good. Will be back!
