Cuttle Bridge Inn is a lovely place to stay—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are well-kept and offer great value. The peaceful canal-side setting makes it even better. Breakfast is tasty with plenty of choice. A great stay overall—would happily return.

Poor service, no customer service during meal, no asking if meal OK or if any drinks wanted, no offer of would you like dessert.cod loin dry, 3 overcooked new potatoes shown to a frying pan, 10 undercooked green beans, chilli but no garlic. Will not come back again. Will not recommend.

We attended a 'do' at the Cuttlebridge Hotel last Saturday night that was catering for around 60 people so the food was preordered. My husband and I were the only ones having a vegetarian alternative. We often expect , and usually get from most restaurants, an uninspiring meal but the Cuttlebridge Inn was the exception. The food was absolutely amazing. It was very tasty, nice and hot and beautifully presented. Despite being vegetarians for many years, I have never had such a wonderful vegetarian meal before. It was full of falvours with lovely spices and herbs. Both my husband and I were really so impressed, even more so when I was told there was only two chefs. The whole experience was just fabulous; we both agreed that it was one of the most enjoyable vegetarian meals we have ever had. We felt as much thought had gone into our meal as there had been for everyone else. Not made to feel we were an 'afterthought' which frequently happens in other restaurants. Thank you so very much. Please pass this on to your chefs.
