I told them I wanted chicken thighs and chips , I said it to them severally , I was very specific with my order , they gave me breast instead and wasn’t even remorseful. I wasted my money for nothing , not nice people they lied to me . Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Dreadful experience, collected my order and when I arrived home half the order was missing. Returned to the chip shop and they laughed. Asked if I could be refunded a part of what I paid for the inconvenience and they said it was just a mistake. I will not be returning. ***Update*** I got home again and I was still missing food. I give up Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

These are the chips we bought from @cymru chippy yesterday 26/5/25. To add insult to injury they were barely warm and look as if they've been standing for hours. I don't usually like leaving bad reviews without trying to speak to the business concerned first. However, I tried ringing several times but had engaged signal each time.
