Split is full of charming alleys where you can feel a unique and nostalgic atmosphere. Among them, “D16 Café” is a great spot for coffee—especially their iced Americano, which is perfect for refreshing tired tourists on a hot day. When you place your order, you can ask them to bring it to the building in front of the main entrance, and the staff will kindly deliver it to you. I also saw a visitor with a pet, and the staff thoughtfully brought water for the animal, noticing it was thirsty. I highly recommend this place—definitely worth a visit:)) Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I had a very unpleasant experience at D16 Coffee Shop. The staff was extremely rude, specifically the waitress who served us. We ordered a croissant to eat at the table and specifically asked for the coffee in a to-go cup. Instead, she brought the coffee in a mug. When we politely reminded her that we had asked for a to-go cup, she became visibly annoyed, threw a tantrum, and acted in an unprofessional manner. She eventually brought another cup but threw it onto the table and sarcastically said, “Enjoy.” At that point, we didn’t trust what we were served and felt very uncomfortable. This kind of behavior from staff is unacceptable in any establishment. I would not recommend eating or drinking here. There are plenty of other cafés where customers are treated with respect. Staff were rude and laughed at myself and my group of friends. We’re smoking outside and didn’t serve us for ages. 2 stars because coffee was nice.
