We've found this little Phó place after a very tiring evening and it was one of tge better Phó i have ever had. The restaurant itself is quite unassuming, reminiscing of of one of those authentic Vietnamese, family-owned, neighborhood food spot where local could grab a quick bite-to-eat. We've ordered a couple of Phó Bo and some fresh wrap veggie rolls for our table. The Phó has a very light yet beefy soup. The noodles have enough chooeyness to give a nice balance to the texture of the whole bowl. It was soupy, hot, and more than fullfilling. The veggie rolls are a nice palate cleanser after an intense battle with the Phó. The crispiness of the fresh vegetable and the soft and bouncy fresh wrap is just a nice touch to finish a nice bountiful meal. Overall, it was it was a great food experience.
