The store is housed in an old private house in Tobetsu. On weekdays, we sell bread on the first floor. I heard a rumor that a buffet restaurant was open on weekends, so I stopped by. As of March 2021, reservations are required two days in advance. I was drawn to the restaurant's hideaway-like atmosphere with no signboard, so I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. When I told them that I would be bringing my one and a half year old child with me, they kindly agreed and provided us with a raised seat and a child's chair. The price is 1,500 yen for adults, which is a reasonable price these days. It's basically a buffet, but they also bring out some freshly prepared dishes. On this day, Udo with vinegar miso, chawan mushi, chicken with honey mustard sauce, tofu steak, and gratin were delivered freshly. Please note that these are not all-you-can-eat options. This is an image of the Viking Plus mini course. The buffet's items include salad, pasta, pizza, raw gluten dengaku, navy curry, collagen soup, and salted bread. All of the dishes are hearty and home-cooked and full of warmth. Since he is basically a baker, he seems to be good at making flour dishes such as pasta and pizza. I was impressed by the heartfelt hospitality of the staff. There are several parking spaces available in front of the store, as well as other parking spaces, so please inquire. I also bought bread, but it was made using Hokkaido flour. On weekends, cakes and other items were sold, and locals could be seen here and there.

Thank you for coming. We would also like to thank you for providing us with detailed information about your store. It's embarrassing that there are so many places that I can't reach because the shop is run by a small number of people. …Thank you for coming. We would also like to thank you for providing us with detailed information about your store. It's embarrassing that there are so many places that I can't reach because the shop is run by a small number of people. In some countries around the world, hyperinflation has made it difficult to eat. Even though we call it a buffet, we realized that we needed to avoid increasing the amount of food that would go to waste by arranging so many dishes, so we changed to a semi-buffet style. Seasonal ingredients and fresh vegetables are Tobetsu's specialties. The menu changes weekly, but we would be happy if you could visit us again. thank you very much.More
